Canadian Dental Care Plan

CDCP

We now accept the new Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP).

If you are eligible, contact us and we can HELP you setup your CDCP and explain your dental benefits.

To apply for CDCP, you will need:

  • Social Insurance Number (SIN)
  • Date of Birth
  • Full Name
  • Home and mailing address
  • List of the dental coverage you have through government social programs (if applicable)

The application process takes about 5 mins. Once the application is submitted, it may take up to 15 business days for the gouvernment to complete your enrollment.

Eligibility Criteria

You need to meet all the eligibility criteria to qualify for the CDCP

You must be 65 years of older

You do not have access to dental insurance

You have an adjusted family net income of less than $90,000

You are a Canadian resident for tax purposes

You have filed your tax return in the previous year

Note: If you have dental coverage through a provincial, territorial or federal government social program,you can still qualify for the CDCP. If you meet all the eligibility criteria, your coverage will be coordinated between the plans to ensure there are no duplication or gaps in coverage.
